I had such a blast returning to the world of the Blackwater Pack. As soon as I finished Nik and Addie’s story, I immediately had to go back and start re-reading Sky and Remy’s. Hannah McBride writes my favorite shifter romances, and Scars is no exception. Emotionally speaking, this was a hard book to get through sometimes. Addie has so much trauma to endure, process, survive and learn to thrive. She and Nik have fantastic chemistry and the individual plot and mystery in this book are really compelling.
